Following up the success of the first edition, we are organizing an incredible 3 small events, and a unique show of Carbonara that will feature the best of Roman and International chefs, all gathered for the all Carbonara lovers.
Cooking show, private dining experiences, food traders.
Live music and excellent bar.
Four years have passed since the first edition, and in the meantime, the desire to organize the second one has grown so much that we have put up three mini-events that will lead the way to the final event in July. The first will be with chef Romano Arcangelo Dandini, who brings his signature carbonara that is without pepper.
Come and meet one of the greatest chefs of the Roman tradition on April 29, from 11.00 am to 3.00 pm.
Last year the event was hosted at Mudchute Park & Farm, and many Carbonara enthusiasts participated. About 2000 people gathered in the green area to eat the best Carbonara pasta made by Arcangelo Dandini ( Rome), Andrea Jeriri ( Sicily), Alvaro Robles ( Spain), Ignacio Rivera ( Spain), Antonina Parker (UK), Carmelo Carnevale ( Sicily). The edition was also a charity event in support of the Mudchute Meals Association: special guests from hospitality sector (food bloggers, journalists, entrepreneur) challenged themselves at cooking Carbonara.
All the winners made a free donation to the charity association.
